Steve Van Horn

Precast Plant Manager

Steve Van Horn is PDM’s Precast Plant Manager. Steve manages all plant operations at the precast plant.

Prior to joining the PDM team, Steve worked for Cargill in several plants. He also held positions as Plant Manager and Director of Plant Operations at other organizations. He holds a degree from Iowa State in chemical engineering.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time at Lake Okoboji with his wife’s family or at his parents’ farm in Winterset. He stays busy attending sporting practices and games for his three kids.
