Rob Avila

Facilities Manager

Rob Avila is the Facilities Manager for PDM. With more than 25 years of precast concrete experience, he manages production, purchasing, handling, maintenance and the facility. He has run or managed virtually every department at plant over his tenure. Rob has been with PDM since the beginning and continues to be a key resource in the company’s success.

While not working, Rob likes to camp with family and friends, ride his motorcycle, and being outside as much as possible.
