Matthew McAllister

Chief Administrative Officer

Matthew McAllister is PDM’s Chief Administrative Officer. Matt oversees management planning activities, administers PDM’s Employee Stock Ownership program, and manages owner and board communications.

Prior to joining the PDM team, Matt served as president of five manufacturing organizations over the course of 17 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s in business administration.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling the U.S. with his wife, searching for brew pubs, and tailgating at Iowa games. He also teaches in the University of Iowa MBA program.
