Josh Harrell

Director of Engineering and Drafting

Josh Harrell is PDM’s Director of Engineering and Drafting. Josh leads a team that produces technical drawings for plant production and job site construction utilizing both 2D and 3D software. He also works with PDM’s engineering, project management, production, and field services teams to main production schedules and solve workflow problems.

Prior to joining the PDM team in 2017, Josh worked for over 20 years at a consulting engineering firm in Kansas City. His expertise includes working on a variety of projects that utilize precast, steel, and an array of other building materials and systems.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys boating, riding ATVs, and spending time with his wife and their two children.
