Josh Harrell

Engineering & Quality Control

Josh Harrell is PDM’s Vice President of Engineering. Josh leads Precast Engineering and Steel Detailing in addition to overseeing Quality Control at the precast and metals facilities. He also works with PDM’s project management, production, and field services teams to maintain production schedules and solve workflow problems.

Prior to joining the PDM team in 2017, Josh worked for over 20 years at a consulting engineering firm in Kansas City. His expertise includes working on a variety of projects that utilize precast, steel, and an array of other building materials and systems.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys boating, camping, riding ATVs, and spending time with his wife and their two children.
