Jeni Davis

Quality Control Manager

Jeni Davis is the Quality and Safety Manager at the precast production facility. She joined the PDM team in 2017 bringing with her more than 15 years’ experience in precast concrete manufacturing. Jeni oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality assurance and safety systems. She has extensive experience in mix design development and optimization for both architectural and structural concrete and is responsible for raw material selection and procurement. Jeni believes that safety and quality cannot be achieved by accident and understands that success takes mindful and constant effort.

Jeni graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. She is also a LEED AP and holds a PCI Level III Certification.

Outside of work, Jeni enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, cooking, and outdoor activities.
